Mr. Shizhong Lu is a part-time lawyer of Watson & Band's Yantai Office. He earned a Doctorate in Law from Wuhan University in 2007 and currently serves as a professor and doctoral tutor at the Law School of Yantai University. Mr. Lu is also a respected council member of the China Criminal Law Research Institute, a standing director of the Shandong Province Criminal Law Research Association, and an expert for the third-party supervision and evaluation mechanism for compliance of enterprises involved in criminal cases in Shandong Province.
Mr. Lu's significant academic contributions include authoring two personal publications: *Research on Combinative Crimes* and *Research on the Difficult Problems in the Morphological Theory of Pause in Crime*. He has also independently authored approximately 70 academic papers, further establishing his expertise and thought leadership in criminal law.
