Mr. Han graduated with a Master's degree in law from China University of Political Science and Law.

Mr. Han has long been providing legal services for the government authorities and enterprises. His clients include the government department of urban renewal and land management and some industry-leading enterprises. His services include research on industry policies, corporate compliance and management, IP-related disputes resolution, resolution of land-related problems and routine legal consulting and non-contentious projects.

Mr. Han had ten years of work experience in a listed company and a state-owned enterprise, where he was responsible for compliance and risk management and is therefore familiar with business management and the legal needs of enterprises. After he joined Watson & Band, he has been working on permanent legal counsel projects, the service scopes of which include contract review, labor and employment, dispute resolution and legal consulting, etc. Mr. Han also provides contentious services covering various commercial disputes and disputes over employment issues, infringement and intellectual property rights.
