Before joining Watson & Band, Mr. Huang served as legal and compliance counsel at Hitachi Construction Machinery and Sumitomo Mitsui Bank's subsidiary in China, as well as a member of Deloitte Legal's Japanese business team. With over a decade of experience in legal affairs, he brings a wealth of expertise to his practice.
During his tenure as corporate counsel, Mr. Huang assisted companies in handling daily legal consultations, maintaining company regulations such as import-export management and anti-bribery rules, operating compliance committees, and other internal legal compliance matters. He also dealt with multiple product quality cases in Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Shandong, and other regions, as well as executive departure cases within the group.
Since becoming a practicing lawyer, Mr. Huang has provided legal services to several prominent enterprises across industries such as construction machinery, automotive parts manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, catering, gaming and banking.
